I Hit send before I did a once over. Correction, if you want multiple cvs
psuedo users (real unix accounts) for different groups, you will have to start
pserver as root.  If you want to run pserver as non-root user , you can only
use one cvs pseudo user (real unix account) for cvs pserver.
