Ok, there is everything:
RadHat62 running CVS repository, pserver, CVSup. WinCVS 1.2 client.
This happens only with this module.
I figured that next file it will pull from repository is RAMFind.gif,v and moved
it out of the repository, and it worked. The content of the RAMFind.gif,v:

access ;
symbols ;
locks ; strict;
comment @# @;
expand @b@;
desc
@@
======================
and nothing more! Little strange, I think.
