You are going the wrong way down a one-way street.

You can download and use the vrjuggler source code w/o CVS. You *only*
need CVS if you want the up-to-date *unstable* development source code.
In order to do that, you need to download and install CVS, and then
follow the directions on the vrjuggler website. Otherwise, ignore CVS
(you are probably safer that way) and contact someone involved w/
vrjuggler for help with compiling it.
