You can cry using the "cvs edit -c", "cvs edit -f"', and "cvs ci -c" patches
available at www.sourceforge.com under project RCVS.  I think I named them
reservation.diff.

If you even use "cvs edit" -- not everyone does, or needs to even.

You also can't easily merge branches if any changes have been made to
binary files on each branch....
