Training Classes for CVS

Our organization is very interested in using CVS, however one perceived obstacle is training classes. Are there any training classes available? Granted, CVS is fairly easy to pick up and use as an end-user, and fairly easy to administer, but classes are perceived to be the way to go (have an expert teach the neophytes). 

Or is it suggested to just perform internal training on the tool?
