Along the top of every page there's a horizontal menu that says:

CVS * CVS Communication * CVS Documentation * CVS Downloads * Other Local 
Projects

Picking "CVS Downloads" would seem like an obvious choice.  Picking
"CVS" instead would take you to the CVS project page that, in addition
to the above menu, has a list of "Project Resources" that includes both
"Files" and "Source Code", either of which would also get you to the
download page.  Is there a problem with your browser or could you just
not see the trees for the forest?
