This was part over-sight and part me not quite knowing how to use the admin
software yet.  I figured it out and fixed it.  Both anonymous & anoncvs
should work again.

The old hostname has worked all along, I believe.  Well, not for the web
site, but I'm working on that.

Greg, I value your input, but a simple "please" and/or "thank you" wouldn't
hurt once in awhile.
