The "Skip a modified dirty file" message doesn't seem to be
generated by CVS.  I just grepped the 1.11.1p1 sources, and found
no occurrances (other than comments) of either "Skip" or "dirty".

Looks like a WinCVS issue, not CVS proper.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. However, this is not
necessarily a good idea.
