Can you remotely edit the passwd file in the CVSROOT directory of the
repository? I thought someone said that you could. I create one and then
added it to the module and commited it, it only made an RCS file (passwd,v).
Do you have to edit that file locally or is there a way to do it remotely
through cvs commands
