Hi Anette,

two things may confuse cvs:

Sometimes it is necessary to leave the space between the option and the
argument, try cvs -m1.47:"...

The second thing may be the space between General and Ledger.xml.
cvs seems to interprete this as a list of files, but cvs admin -m
just works for one file.
