Can anyone tell what the exact purpose of these tags are?
Why and how would someone use them?
When do they appaer?
I'm probably wrong but I' guessing they appaer when you use the import
command?
I've really looked and search all cvs-related-sites I know,
but I never found a satisfying explanation, it was rather vage.
