As it says, it's still under construction.  One can only hope that it
will improve significantly as time goes by.  I presume that the overall
structure is a CollabNet standard, but most of the content is from the
old site and the two organizations don't mesh very well.

Picking "All Platforms" takes you straight to the FTP site.  Picking any
of the other platforms would get you there eventually, too, but more
circuitously.

The best strategy is probably just to checkout the current head, then
you can use status -v on a likely file (e.g., README) to find out what
tags are available and the update to the release you want.

If you really can't fix your mailer's configuration (must be a Microsoft
product, eh?), then I'd suggest cutting and pasting the patch into your
message.  In this particular case, however, I think the patch is moot
since the problem has already been addressed by adding a cross-
reference.
