Continuus to CVS migration

Hello,

I've been asked to import a bunch of old source code from Continuus/CM
4.5 into CVS. Of course, I've never used Continuus before ;) Does
anybody have any experience in doing this? Pointers? Even scripts?

The Continuus command line interface seems pretty complete and it seems
as if it should be fairly straightforward to put together some Perl
scripts to check out each file revision and put it into CVS (although quite
slow ... the Continuus server resides in a remote site. CVS really rocks in
comparison.)
