I was going to answer this question by posting a link to's
"Tools" list, but that list seems to have disappeared; all that's left are
the "Hosted Tools," which doesn't include TortoiseCVS, jCVS, tkCVS, or any
of the CVS frontends.

Did that page disappear?  Where did it go?
