I'm very new to CVS and have a basic question (I think!). When users commit
changes to the repository, the date that gets put on the file is not the
same as the system date. It's off by a few hours/minutes so I think I need
to reset it. Where does CVS get the date/time from and where can I go to
set this or sync it with the system date?
