Does someone know what is the meaning of the status 'W' which is returned
when creating a branch using the cvs tag -b command?
example:
W modules/parsers/TargetDisplayer/UNION/ALL.pm : version_1_3 already exists
on b
ranch 1.2 : NOT MOVING tag to branch 1.3.0.2
