The simplest solution is to manually move the file out of the Attic on
the server.  If that's not possible, then the only workaround I can
think of is to remove the file again and then resurrect it with a single
update and commit.

CVS was never designed to work with non-case sensitive file systems and
the code that's been added to try obviously doesn't quite get it.  The
only way I know to fix this problem is to manually rename the repository
files.
