Of course the file has changed, but what I wanted to say is: I haven't done anything to the package that would make it neccessary to commit changes because the changed option should never affect the local copy of the package in other sandboxes. Only if I add/delete units from/to the package it should be neccassary to commit this. I know, this is all not a problem of CVS because it doesn't know about the reason why a file has changed.
