Interrupting a commit normally gives CVS a chance to clean up after
itself. As I said before, leftover lock files are only caused by CVS
crashing or someone killing it with extreme prejudice. Make sure there
isn't a CVS process still running that owns the files before removing
them. As long as there isn't, then it is safe to remove them.
