cvs tag -r -D

Hi guys:
Is the -r and -D options can be use in the same command line in cvs 1.11p1:
I want to use :
cvs rtag  -D "2001-11-15 23:00" -rXXX  Test

But I got this error:
cvs [rtag aborted]: -r and -D options are mutually exclusive

please advise.
