Thanks Larry, I am not able to open $CVSROOT/CVSROOT/history
Is this command can be run by only Administrator or any CVS user can do?

I know that's all it says, but to diagnose the problem we need to know
what those lines in your history file look like.  You could do the
following, for example:

        sed -n -e'89415p' -e'92826p' -e'96873p' $CVSROOT/CVSROOT/history
