Not able to import some files!!

Hi,

    I am using the following to import some code into CVS Repository using
the following.

$ cvs import -m "" taxware/cobol  cvs start

        N taxware/cobol/tax060
        I taxware/cobol/tax060.cob.bak 
        I taxware/cobol/tax060.o

No conflicts created by this import.

what I stands for and why am i getting that. I think CVS is not able to
recognise some file types, probably binaries. I did't understand on what
basis its considering that fact.
