Send an email after committing

Hi.

I tried to get the line by myself, but I'm not as familiar as I thought 
with Unix and its commands...
Can somebody tell me how I may set CVS to send an email to all users 
when anyone of them is commiting?
I am able to set it up so that it sends an email with the files that 
have been changed, but the comments that the user make are missing.
