When invoking Wincvs V1.2 I receive a message in the audit box stating 'TCL
is not available - shell is disabled'.

What does this mean in terms of functionality? In addition, although I have
files within my modules on both the LAN and locally, they are not displayed
in the right handside tile under 'Name Rev etc. Is this connected to 'TCL'
not being available? If not, is there something that I need to do to
display the files in the right hand tile?
