Thanks for the quickly response Larry, but I'm confuse , my user it belongs
to the same group that CVSROOT directory owner:

$ls -la
drwxrwsr-x    3 p3cvs    p3cvsg       8192 Feb 13 13:58 CVSROOT

$id mzanabri
uid=15364(mzanabri) groups=800(p3cvsg)

Is there something wrong in my configuration?
Moises.

The user you specified in your $CVSROOT variable doesn't have write
permission in /local/cvs_security/src/CVSROOT.
