CVSNT is going its own separate route from CVS.  I'd suggest
consulting their mailing list.

I notice that you left out MacCVS.  This is part of the WinCVS
project that apparently is falling in love with CVSNT, so that
might be better suited for your desires.

I suppose that's fair; I don't know that any of us on this list would
recommend using an NT as a CVS server.  In general, given a barely
adequate NT box, you should be able to install Linux and have plenty
of capacity, using standard CVS, and it should be more reliable.

I have plenty of ideas how to get a CVS client to work on a Mac.
I use MacCVS at home quite successfully, and the others you mentioned
would probably also work just peachy.  However, that's not what
you asked for initially.
