In a sandbox sticky to the branch you want to bring the files into, move to the
sandbox directory where the file exists, and even though you don't see them...
> cvs up -jHEAD <filename>
> cvs commit <filename>
-or from a branch other than the trunk
>cvs up -j<branch tag> <filename>
