There's an sccs2rcs script in the CVS contrib directory that you can
use, there's also a perl version of that script (the original is csh)
that was posted here recently and an sccs2cvs script that uses CVS
rather than RCS was also posted here recently.  Official CVS code is at
<http://www.cvshome.org/>, mailing list archives are at
<http://mail.gnu.org/pipermail/info-cvs/> and other places.
