How can I tell what user(s) have a certain file or module checked out of
cvs? We've never needed to find out before now, so I never worried about
it....
Is the user required to perform a cvs edit to mark the file for there to be
a way to tell who's using a certain file? Or is there a way to tell
everyone who has a particular file/module checked out?
