creating a new directory in cvs

ok what i have in my CVSROOT directory is a directory called
development/
inside of development i have another folder called scheduler/
I want to be able to dump a bunch of files in my sandbox into
scheduler all at the same time, if i'm right i can use the import
command but my ? is this, how do i get it into the sub directory
development/scheduler when i use import it creates a new module right
from cvs root???? please email me at address@hidden or just
