CVS authors ? (Was:Fwd: can't import text w/ escape char, gifs read as unicode)

Hello!

    Does anyone know how to contact the CVS
developers? It's been awhile since i posted the
attached message, and i don't think it's an isolated
case. Other ppl might run into this in the future.
