VSS to CVS

We are planning to migrate from VSS to CVS. We noticed that lot of
people are recommending vss2cvs scripts. But
http://www.laine.org:8080/cvs/vss2cvs/ does not seem to be available
anymore. Any pointers to the updated url or scripts would be helpful.
