So is the problem that on NT, you can't set the execute permissions on
files in the first place? Tricky.
I have never heard of a way to adjust execute permissions without
access to the actual ,v files. It would surprise me to learn of one,
but I'd be happy to know what it is.
Try asking your unix admin for help setting these.
