File not found

Hello.  We are experiencing an error that is produced when trying to
open Visio files.  More specifically visio 2000.  We have the file saved
as binary and it can be viewed perfectly when opening the file on you
home directory on your pc but when you try to open the file in CVS it
gives you file not found error.  I am also using CVS and do not
experience these problems, nor does anyone else so far it is just one
person that we can find in the office here that is having this problem.
Should we reload CVS and retry the application or might there be a
config error somewhere.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
