How to get fileList?

Is possible to get list of files or items that are in the CVSROOT?
Let say I installed CVS on the local machine.
I have to build a browser that can browse the CVSROOT. I know that 
CVSROOT is C:/Repository/CVSROOT. In C:/Repository/CVSROOT I have a 
folder Project1 which has some files. I want to see what files are in 
the Project1 folder. Is there any comand in CVS that will allow me to 
see all the files and directories in the 
C:/Repository/CVSROOT /Project1
