cvs status: show only *not* Up-to-date files

Hi all,

is there switch for CVS STATUS to show me only the files
that are *not* Up-to-date ?

I have a project with over 1000 files and a few changed files
are quite hard to find between the other 1000 Up-to-date ones
if I do a "cvs status -q".
I thought already of writing a small app that filters cvs' output
but I would like a more simple way.
