port error in pserver: Win9x client connecting to CVSNT 1.11.1.3 (Build 57c)

 Hello !

 I have just installed  CVSNT 1.11.1.3 (Build 57c) on a Window 2000
machine and I'm trying to connect to it from a Windos98 machine with:

        cvs -d :pserver:address@hidden:c:\cvs login

but I'm getting the error:

        CVS [login aborted]: the :pserver: access method is not
supported by this port of CVS

I have copied the file pserver_protocol.dll into C:\windows\system in
the client machine.

 What else can I Do ?
