Incorrect file dates on some clients

Hi All,

We are seeing incorrect CVS dates from some clients.  For example, I will
add new files to a module and then another developer will checkout these new
files, but the dates are 24 hours in the future.  This causes a lot of
problems when this same developer modifies any of the files since the cvs
client doesn't show these files as modified.

Has anyone else seen this problem.  I am not having the same problem on my
client but several other developers are.  We are running WinCVS with the CVS
server running on RedHat 7.0.  We have compared the time settings on the
client and server and everything looks o.k.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
