Both the configure output and the link error show the same problem.  
Configure is not finding your kerberos library.  Possibly a file naming
problem, but more likely the library either does not exist on your
machine, or is in a non-standard location from configure's
point-of-view.  If the later, you might try setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH to
include the directory for the kerberos library.
