RES: Why does file change to read-pnly after commit?

Why? Because it's a good practice, I mean, you won't want to change files 
before an "cvs update" or "cvs edit" and after a "cvs commit" or "cvs unedit".
You must UNset CVSREAD environment variable to change this behavior.
