Strictly speaking, this is not a WinCVS issue - it is a Windows
issue. I have tripped over this before. Try using a Windows batch
file, say PLINK.BAT:
<PLINK.BAT>
C:\path\to\link.exe %*%
</PLINK.BAT>
The command interpreter should then own the console, and should shut
it down for you. This may not work in all caes, however.
