CVS admin scripts

Hello all,

  One of my interns wrote an administration system for CVS for me (a set  
of Bash scripts that manages the repository, users, project managers, 
etc. etc.) based on a set of scripts I wrote earlier. Basically, it 
helps set up a new repository and manage user accounts, but it needs 
some work to generalise it a bit. If anyone is interested, I will make 
this a project on SourceForge.
