Dunno about the first one, but your second question is covered at

Hi folks,

I'm currently a CVS administrator.
Configuration: Win NT server + WinCVS1.2 + CVSNT 1.1.11.3

I'm looking for different admin stuff :

1. How to get the list of files from a TAG ?
2. How to get a list of tag from a project ?

Kind Regards,

Mathieu
