That's an error from the operating system on your server.  Most Unix-
like systems have a limit on the number of files that a single process
can have open at once and another limit on the total number of files
that all the processes on the system can have open at once -- that
message indicates that you've hit the latter limit.  There's almost
certainly a way to increase that limit, but you'll have to consult your
OS documentation to find out what it is.
