I have read the info; the client/server issue is not a problem (using
various ext methods). I have also read the FIXME etc in wrapper.c, and
yes some things should really be fixed there but if the wrapper is used
within the restrictions of the bugs is 'should' work(?) or I might be
totally wrong here.

So the main problem must be the cause of the bug "... that can cause
serious data loss.", I don't need that. Is there a bugreport, is there
any pointers on what needs to be fixed?
