Yes, but to no useful end, except maybe in the most limited
circumstances, something rather useless for a tool designed for flexible
wide-spread use.

The Entries file is not an RCS file, nor is it derived from an RCS file,
so that's rather illogical.

Whatever that means....

You're in a dream world Paul, one probably caused by your un-safe
exposure to systems that are very different from CVS-like systems and
your inability to keep their concepts of separate from those of CVS in
your mind.  CVS != Clearcase (or whatever).
