Announcing LibCVS Perl version 1.00.00

Hi All,

I'm pleased to announce the first release of LibCVS: a pure perl
library for accessing cvs working directories and repositories.

This version is not feature complete.  However, it is well
documented, and comes with examples.  It only provides read
access to the working directory and the repository.  Think
status, and log, not checkout, commit, or update.

It's available at http://libcvs.cvshome.org/ in the "Files"
section.  It will be shortly available via CPAN also.

The purpose of this release is to get exposure and feedback on
the design, and maybe some help too.

It's a pure Perl implementation of the cvs client protocol, and
the working directory admin files.
