Hello,
is there a way to block "cvs commit" without file or directory
names listed on the command line?
I would like to block this as developers sometimes use a "cvs commit"
in order to check in complete directory trees and they also commit
"silly changes" like added/removed blank lines, automatic changes made
by Visual Basic....
