All files reported as modified

Hello,

I'm using the WinCVS client (from http://www.wincvs.org), and the problem
I'm having is that all files I get from CVS are always reported as modified.
When I do a query-update no changes are reported.  This occurs even if I
completely delete my local copy of all files and get a fresh copy from CVS.
Has anyone seen this before?  Does anyone have a solution?
