Ops, sorry didn't realise. Well the problem is that they get "Connection 
Refused"
when trying to do any CVS action such as update or checkout. I can't find 
anything
in the messages log or in syslog.

I have checked the configuration of inetd and it isn't any tcpwrappers set up
for the cvs so that can't block the access either.
